Salmon steak in a frying pan

We'll need:

• Fresh salmon - 800 g

• Lemon - 1 piece

• Butter - 3 tbsp.

• Parsley - 1 bunch

• Salt to taste

• Ground black pepper - to taste

• Black and white sesame seeds for decoration

Cooking the dish:

1) Cut the finished fillet (without skin and bones) into three equal pieces. Put on a plate, sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.

2) Put a deep frying pan on moderate heat. When it warms up well, reduce the heat to a minimum and add butter. When the butter is melted, stir it thoroughly and place the steaks in the pan. Let the fish fry on one side for 3-4 minutes, so that it becomes golden brown.

3) In the meantime, wash the lemon, let the water drain and rub the zest from it on a fine grater. Then squeeze out the juice.

4) Gently turn the steaks over and fry for 2 minutes on the other side until a crust forms.

5) Pour the lemon zest into a container with lemon juice. Pour lemon juice with zest into the pan, on top of the fried steaks.

6) Mashed potatoes can be used as a side dish. Put the puree on a plate and garnish with parsley. Put the fish on the same dish and decorate with sesame seeds and herbs. Pour the fish with aromatic sauce from a frying pan.

The salmon steak is ready. Bon Appetit!
